Accessibility

OneWordCrew wants everyone to be able to browse and shop on this site, whatever device, assistive technology or input method they use. We treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering requirement rather than a one-off project.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the storefront, including product, category, support and checkout pages.

What we have done

Structural headings and landmarks on every page; text alternatives for meaningful images; keyboard operation for navigation, menus, carousels, accordions, comparison selection and checkout; visible focus indicators; form controls with associated labels; colour contrast checked against the AA thresholds; and support for the operating system's reduced motion and light/dark appearance preferences.

Known limitations

Some downloadable documents are produced by third parties and may not be fully accessible — for example older PDF manuals, which may lack tags or reading order. If a document is essential to you and is not accessible, contact us and we will provide the information in another format.

Tell us about a barrier

If you meet a page or feature you cannot use, please report it through our contact page. It helps if you include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We review reported barriers and prioritise fixes by impact.

Assessment

This statement is based on internal review of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. Where issues are found, they are tracked as engineering work and closed before this statement is updated.
